Rachel works closely with the team at 1on1 on client communications and assisting to serve the clients. Rachel’s duties are widespread and comprehensive including answering telephones, scheduling appointments and assisting with seminars and educational events. Given her extensive background and experience in customer service, Rachel is the go-to person at the office when it comes to serving clients and supporting team members.
When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. She also enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle that includes going on long runs, biking, hiking, and competing in the grueling Ironman Triathlon.
